Yesterday I had seen this article on Digg and today my feed reader shows its all over the internet. Its a fairly good read (though could be shortened) and talks about a person/organization which sued google for terminating their adsense account for no reason other then just citing “Google think they are threat to their advertisers” which is a standard automated mail from Google.
The person does make good points, so read the full article. specially the last 2 paragraphs.
I really feels there has to be an adsense like program for publishers which matches adsense feature by feature because once if your account get terminated, it can cause serious financial damage to webmasters. Also always make sure, you don’t put all your eggs in same bucket.

No, it don’t. Most of the people whose accounts gets terminated loses few hundred dollars at max. I don’t think there will be many people looking to sue gooogle because of few hundred dollars.
