I just wanted to run a small SEO test (?) to see how does google rank pages immediately once they get crawled and what kind of rank gain the page can have after a week. So on 1st December, I made 3 blog posts -

How much does Duplicate theme affects website rankings
Many people believes that you should always use original custom design/themes for your blogs and sites rather then freely available once as search engines may put some value into uniqueness of the theme. The logic may have come from the fact that most of the spam sites uses same theme. I know blackhats strongly believe in not using same theme which are used by other blackhats or even on their set of black hat sites to minimize footprints (common sense) but If you are running a white hat seo quality site, should you really worry about using a wordpress theme which is used by more then two thousand other people or a css design from oswd.org which Is already been downloaded thousands of time ?
